Scaffolding Vertical Connection Members |
| |
Vertical scaffolding members are made by using 48.3-3 mm diameter pipes. If these vertical members should carry heavier loads or if the facade is much higher, then 60.3-3 mm diameter pipes must be preffered. In order to fix the horizontal members to verticals, 8 mm thick flanges at 100 cm intervals are used.
Above diagram shows the efficient and reasonable fixing method of work scaffoldings. Horizontal members may be fixed to verticals in a 100 cm row. Adjustment screws ensures scaffolding to be used in sloping ground surfaces. Starting members are used for fixing vertical connections.

How to build a facade scaffolding |
| |
• Adjustment screw are placed according to the lenght of horizontal members on the ground and wingnuts on the screws are levelled in the same line.
• Starting members are installed on the adjustment screws.
• Long and short horizontal members are connected to the flanges on the starting members. Long horizontal members(3.0 m - 2.5 m - 2.0 m and 1.5 m) are connected to these vertical members. Spaces between members should be maximum 2.0 m at the front side and 1.0 m at the opposite side.
• Short horizontal members (0.65 m) are also connected each in 2.0 m. (Scaffolding depth becomes 0.70 m)
• Facade scaffolding can be up to 21 m. Scaffolding must be fixed to the building.
• If the scaffoldings is higher than 21 meters, 0.95 m short horizontal members are used to fix sides together. External diagonal members must be used to avoid side sway.

Safety
• The scaffolding must be fixed to the building in several points.
• Special metal planks should be used to avoid slipping.
• Wedges are fixed to flanges of vertical members. These wedges should be fixed by a hammer.
• For higher buildings (35 m. and higher) please consult to our technical department.
• Damaged parts should not be used.
• Specially produced Çözümsan metal ladders should be used.
• A regular maintenance is neccesary. The equipments should stay avay from humidity and be painted when needed.
• Handle with care and do not use for another purposes.

Movable Scaffolding System |
